A few months ago I started doing 640x480 videos in Windows Media 9 format, one file for the whole (typically) 15 to 30 minute movie. The movies are also available as 320x240 MPEG-1 and cut into clips of 3-5 minutes each (typically). About 46 of the 143 or so movies here have been done this way. I'm going back and re-doing the older movies as time permits
